FOREST CABIN
Atmospherically dense. Technically sophisticated. For stable operation – day after day.
Story
You're on a trip with some friends. Three hours of driving are still ahead of you when the satnav takes you through a dense forest – the fastest route.
With every kilometer, it gets quieter, darker, and more remote. Then it happens: The engine sputters, a brief jolt – and the car stops. In the middle of nowhere. No reception. No help.
And none of you know anything about cars.
You get out. The cold slowly creeps through your clothes, the air becomes damp – and soon after, the rain sets in. Your cries for help go unheard, the next town is far away.
So you only have one option: You set off on foot through the forest. Time passes, the path stretches on, and orientation becomes increasingly difficult. Until you finally discover a hut among the trees.
Remote. Silent.
You approach carefully, knock, and call out – but no one responds. Only when you step closer to the window and look inside does it become clear:
Someone once lived here.
Your goal:
Find a way to send out a distress signal and get to safety – before you run out of strength.
FOREST CABIN is divided into three consecutive game areas – with clear progression and increasing excitement.
-
Forest in front of the hut
The experience begins outdoors – in the middle of the forest.
Players orient themselves, gather initial clues, and quickly realize they are on their own. With every step, it becomes clear:
There's no turning back. -
Interior of the cabin
Stepping into the hut, the feeling changes.
Orientation turns into uncertainty.Traces of a hunter.
Clues that raise more questions than they answer. -
Further interior area
Tension is mounting.
The story thickens, decisions become more important. And suddenly it's no longer just about understanding – but about acting.

What Players Really Experience
Not a backdrop. A real environment.
The forest cabin isn't just built – it's deliberately constructed to feel authentic. Instead of flimsy cladding or artificial surfaces, we use solid materials and real structures.
The walls are made of solid wood.
No plastic. No fake.
This changes the entire perception of the room:
Players feel the environment.
They hear it. They smell it.
In combination with precisely utilized light, sound, and effect elements, an atmosphere is created that doesn't seem artificial – but real.
- animated window with a view into the dark forest
- precisely controlled light and sound effects
- integrated monitor for intro, game time, and hints
- fog and scent integration for added depth
- narrative integration of the hunter as a recurring element
