The Magic Hunter Portrait is an interactive picture frame for escape rooms, haunted houses and Halloween events that combines visual story, sound effects and real mechanics.

At first glance, the antique wooden frame looks like an ordinary wall picture – but suddenly the hunter comes to life. An animated hunting scene, combined with realistic sound effects, creates a genuine shock and draws the players right into the action.

The Magic Hunter Portrait is far more than just a video effect. The integrated relay output transforms the animation into a genuine game element.
A gunshot, movement, or trigger in the image can trigger real-world effects in the room – from falling pictures and secret compartments to doors, gusts of air, or light effects.

This creates a seamless transition from digital illusion to physical interaction.

The Magic Hunter Portrait can be ideally combined with other props from our shop – for example, with the magnetic wall cabinet .

Once the hunting animation is triggered, the following can be done via the relay output:

• a shelf in the wall cabinet will be released
• jump to a subject
• a picture falling off the wall in another place

This creates a clear, player-led process with visible, physical feedback – entirely without game master intervention.
